Event Support Request

Use this form to submit a request for AV equipment, event recording and event live
streaming. You will receive an automated confirmation of the request submission
and someone from our office will follow up in 2-3 business days to confirm our
availability and make sure we have all the needed details.

NOTE: Submission of this request form does not guarantee that your request can be
accommodated. We request two weeks’ notice for scheduling purposes. If your
request is for support sooner than two weeks, we may not have staff available.
